Designed and launched a comprehensive tech literacy program for older adults, featuring weekly in-person and online workshops in Cantonese and Mandarin, a walk-in tech support "Genius Bar," and an iPad loaner program for homebound seniors. The program provided tailored learning opportunities and ongoing support to enhance digital literacy and reduce technology barriers for the immigrant senior community.
